If you consent and register to receive insurance e-Statement for any Hang Seng Insurance account(s), it will be applied to all Hang Seng Insurance policies under the same policy holder. Variation for individual insurance policy will not be allowed.

You can resume receiving Hang Seng Insurance paper statement online by unchecking the checkbox under the column "Receive e-Statement/e-Advice" for the Hang Seng Insurance account.

The cut-off time for the instruction is at around 00:00 midnight (Hong Kong time) every day. If several instructions were placed within the same day, we will proceed according to your last instruction received by Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited  before the cut-off time.

Your instruction will be effective as of your next Hang Seng Insurance statement issue date.

No. If you have deleted the Hang Seng Insurance account from e-Banking or have closed your Hang Seng Insurance account, your Hang Seng Insurance e-Statement Service will be terminated at the same time.
