Yes, you can access our MPF Services in Hang Seng Personal e-Banking by registering with your MPF membership number and the last 6 digits of your mobile number. You will also need to verify with one-time SMS verification code.

However, you can enjoy more online banking services in addition to MPF services if you register Hang Seng Personal e-Banking with your integrated account or credit card account of Hang Seng Bank.

Yes, you can access all your MPF accounts with Hang Seng Bank including personal account, self-employed person account, flexi-contributions, tax deductible voluntary contributions account and MPF accounts under your current employer(s).
