The e-Alert Greeting Name refers to the name that you would want us to address you when we send you an e-Alert, such as your first name or other name. To ensure the privacy of the e-Alert, we recommend you not to use your full name.
The mobile phone number you provide will be used solely for the e-Alert service and will not be used to update your personal record with the Bank. Email alert will be sent to your email address in your personal record with Hang Seng Bank.
Yes. You can update your mobile number at any time on the e-Alert page. Please note that the mobile phone number you provide for the e-Alert service will be used solely for this purpose and will not be used to update your personal record with the Bank.
Yes. But you will only be able to receive e-Alert via e-mail but not SMS.
